Style on a Budget: Midi skirts and twist

Hey friends,

Got another fun budget-friendly look for you all. This time we’re focusing on ways to transition from summer to fall. MIDI skirts are the best for transitional weather. They look great with sandals or boots, crop tops or sweaters. They are an all-around win!

This Halogen ruffle hem Midi is from Nordstrom and is on sale for under $40! It comes in black and ivory. This bandeau top is an older one from LuLu’s but I found another cute one from there so you don’t have to worry. Check out this Nostalgia crop top in navy, also under $40.

I chose an aline midi skirt because I find it the most form flattering for all body types! I kept my accessories to a minimum and completed the look with a rancher hat. You know me a great hat makes every outfit complete ;)!

This olive green color rancher hat is older but Anthropologie still has this  Anthro Kate Rancher   in black. They have the best selection of hats and are my go-to spot when I need to add a new hat to my collection. I featured these booties in my Friday Favorites 7. 28 post. They have been great for September looks and will continue to be worn throughout the fall. This color is no longer on sale, but Nordstrom still has Laurel bootie   in nude for under $100. I also found a similar pair at DSW for under $30 and yes I will be ordering the gray! Check them out here, indigo rd bootie.

Hope you love this look and be prepared, this is not the last of this midi skirt!
